Barleylands Art Exhibition

I sometimes take part in classes at a local art studio in Barleylands (an arts and crafts village not far from Billericay). Dean Smith runs art classes for all levels and ages of art students, everyone is welcome. Some artists attend for the social aspect whilst others are keen to learn or improve their artistic skills. Once a year he hosts an art exhibition to show examples of everyone's work. I like the fact that there are so many different genres and styles of art and it is nice to celebrate everyone's progress no matter where they are in their artistic journey. The open night on Friday evening was fun and it was great to meet the people behind the paint!

The exhibition is currently on and usually runs for a month.
